ITT, through its subsidiary ITT CM93, has reached an agreement to acquire Taller Salvat, a distributor with locations in Valls and Amposta (Tarragona). The transaction is part of the growth plan the Group is developing in partnership with CNH in Catalonia to strengthen its regional presence and expand its service capacity for customers in the agricultural and construction sectors.
The acquisition of Taller Salvat marks a new step in the strategy launched in April of this year with the acquisition of the dealers Comercial i Agrícola Casacuberta and Agricat, both companies belonging to the Casacuberta Group and distributors of the New Holland and Case IH brands, respectively. That transaction marked ITT’s entry into the agricultural business in Catalonia through the company ITT CM93, with the goal of ensuring continuity of service, preserving equipment expertise, and building a long-term growth strategy.
With this new addition, ITT CM93 is expanding its geographic coverage by integrating two new operational bases in Valls and Amposta, thereby consolidating a more localized network to serve customers in Catalonia. In addition to strengthening the distribution and service of CNH’s agricultural brands, the Group will gradually incorporate its construction machinery, public works equipment, and rental business into this project, continuing the strategy announced following the integration of Casacuberta and Agricat.
The agreement provides for the integration of Taller Salvat into ITT’s structure, effective October 1, 2026, ensuring a smooth transition for customers, suppliers, and employees, with the goal of maintaining the close relationships, market knowledge, and quality of service that have historically characterized the company.
To mark the start of this new phase, ITT CM93 has already participated in the Firagost de Valls, held on August 4 and 5 alongside Taller Salvat, where it introduced the market to its full portfolio of solutions that it will distribute in the region, including agricultural machinery, construction equipment, after-sales services, and rental solutions.
This transaction reinforces ITT’s commitment to Catalonia as one of the Group’s strategic growth markets and consolidates a joint project with CNH based on customer proximity, technical expertise, and a comprehensive range of products and services. With the addition of Taller Salvat, ITT continues to build an organization with greater operational capacity, a broader service network, and a value proposition designed to support industry professionals in meeting all their needs.
