Responsibilities:

• Customer service in person, by email and over the telephone
• Showing and providing technical explications of parts and accessories
• Preparing budgets, closing sales and taking payments
• Stock and inventory control
• Receiving and placing orders

Requirements:

• Intermediate or advanced vocational training in electromechanics or automobiles
• At least 2 years of experience in tasks similar to those described above
• Clear customer focus, person accustomed to working to meet set objectives
• Ability to work as part of a team
• High level of autonomy
• Dynamic and proactive personality and good communication skills
• User-level computer skills
• Class B driver’s license
