Responsibilities:

  • Serving customers in person, by email and over the telephone
  • Demonstrating and providing technical explanations of parts and accessories
  • Preparing estimates, completing sales and taking payments
  • Managing stock and inventory
  • Receiving and placing orders

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or advanced vocational training in electromechanics or automobiles
  • At least two years of experience in tasks similar to those described above
  • Clear customer focus, person accustomed to working to meet set objectives
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High level of autonomy
  • Dynamic and proactive personality and good communication skills
  • User-level computer skills
  • Class B driver’s license
