Reporting to the warehouse manager, you will be responsible for the tasks assigned to you at our SAINT-JUST-EN-CHAUSSEE (60) branch.

WHAT IF IT WERE YOU?!

Your tasks, if you accept…

Warehouse

• Sell spare parts, accessories, products, and small equipment.
• Receive and assist client purchases of spare parts over the counter and/or over the phone.
• Listen to client needs and respond to their requests.
• Provide and supply parts to workshop and field technicians.
• Prepare quotes and place orders for parts.
• Participate in sales activities for spare parts.

Logistics

• Receive, inspect, and store all incoming items (parts and machinery).
• Prepare and ship sold parts to clients.
• Manage and monitor store inventory (stocktaking/depreciation).
• Ensure a well-presented reception and store area.
• Comply with and apply client account and account-opening regulations.

Administration

• Invoice clients.
• Follow up on unpaid client invoices.
• Manage credit card transactions and cash registers in Prologic.
• Ensure there are no unbilled cash transactions, reserves, or receipts.
