You will be responsible for the tasks assigned to you at our Pau (64) branch.

Permanent position (open-ended contract), to be filled as soon as possible.

What if it were you?

Your missions, should you choose to accept them…

• Welcome customers (in person and by phone)
• Schedule appointments according to the workshop calendar
• Receive equipment in the workshop in compliance with procedures
• Open and manage repair orders
• Prepare repair quotations
• Advise customers on required interventions
• Monitor work progress and keep customers informed
• Organize equipment return after service
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

This list is not exhaustive. Depending on activity levels, the employee may be required to perform additional tasks. All duties will be carried out in full compliance with our safety, environmental, and quality policies.

Required Skills

• Strong customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and administrative accuracy
• Good ability to manage priorities
• Proficiency in IT tools
• Knowledge of the agricultural machinery or technical equipment sector would be an advantage

Profile Sought

• Administrative or commercial training (high school diploma or two years of higher education preferred)
• Experience in after-sales service, agricultural machinery workshops, or a similar sector would be appreciated
• Dynamic, autonomous, and customer-oriented
