Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the tasks assigned to you at the THEROULDEVILLE branch (76).

Your tasks, if you accept them...

Store

• Handle the marketing of spare parts, accessories, products, and small equipment
• Greet and serve customers purchasing spare parts at the counter or by phone
• Listen to customer needs and respond to their requests
• Serve and supply parts to workshop and mobile technicians
• Prepare quotes and place orders for parts
• Participate in sales activities related to spare parts

Logistics

• Receive, check, and place in stock all items arriving at the agency (parts and machines)
• Prepare and ship parts sold to customers
• Manage and monitor site inventory (inventory/depreciation)
• Ensure the store reception area is well presented
• Comply with and apply the rules relating to customer accounts and opening accounts

Administrative

• Invoice customers
• Follow up on unpaid customer invoices
• Manage credit cards and cash registers in Prologic
• Check for missing items, reserves, and receipts without invoices

This list is not exhaustive. Depending on the activity, the employee may be required to perform additional tasks.
