Responsibilities:
- Serving customers in person, by email and over the telephone
- Demonstrating and providing technical explanations of parts and accessories
- Preparing estimates, completing sales and taking payments
- Managing stock and inventory
- Receiving and placing orders
Requirements:
- Intermediate or advanced vocational training in electromechanics or automobiles
- At least two years of experience in tasks similar to those described above
- Clear customer focus, person accustomed to working to meet set objectives
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High level of autonomy
- Dynamic and proactive personality and good communication skills
- User-level computer skills
- Class B driver’s license
